As the main undertaker and new force of college teaching,the teaching ability of young teachers has a direct impact on the quality of talent training in colleges and universities,and is related to the connotation construction and sustainable development of colleges and universities.Schools should attach importance to the cultivation of the teaching ability of the new young teachers and help them master the correct teaching methods and teaching methods.Only when the teaching ability of young teachers is improved and the quality of classroom teaching is improved can we promote the connotative development of higher education.
