摘要 青年教师作为高校教学工作的主要承担者和新生力量,其教学能力直接影响着高校人才培养的质量,关系到高校的内涵建设和可持续发展。学校应重视新进青年教师教学能力提升培养,帮助新进青年教师掌握正确的教学方法和授课方式。只有青年教师教学能力提升,课堂教学质量提高才能真正意义推动高等教育内涵式发展。 As the main undertaker and new force of college teaching,the teaching ability of young teachers has a direct impact on the quality of talent training in colleges and universities,and is related to the connotation construction and sustainable development of colleges and universities.Schools should attach importance to the cultivation of the teaching ability of the new young teachers and help them master the correct teaching methods and teaching methods.Only when the teaching ability of young teachers is improved and the quality of classroom teaching is improved can we promote the connotative development of higher education.
