摘要
教育扶贫进入了攻城拔寨的收官阶段,精准对焦,精准施策,是攻克脱贫难题的关键。当前学前教育的发展仍存在城乡差距,其中突出的问题是师资的供给。针对乡村学前教育师资供给存在的总量短缺、结构失衡、质量欠佳、代谢失调等问题,可从师资的供应、调配和政策技术的协同三方面着手解决。
The poverty alleviation in education field has vowed to fully realize poverty elimination targets.The key way to win the battle against poverty is to identify obstacles and take measures precisely.As for the development of pre-primary education so far there still exist gaps between urban and rural areas,of which the supply of teachers is one typical problem.On purpose of solving the problems in teacher’s supply of rural pre-primary education,including the supply shortage,the structural imbalance,the low team quality and the disordered circulate system,concrete proposals are to be advanced in employment expandance,manpower adjustments as well as reactions of management mechanism and technical means.
