随着中国经济市场化、政治民主化、文化多样化以及基层党员结构多元化的发展,以"单位制党建"为基础的传统党建模式,在新形势下逐渐显示出时代局限性。而作为传统党建模式的创新和发展,"区域化党建"日益成为基层党建模式转型升级的重要趋势之一。提高基层党建科学化和民主化水平,以党建促进地区治理,进而推动中国特色社会主义治理体系现代化是新时期执政党建设的一项重要任务之一。

With the development trends such as the marketization of Chinese economy,the political democratization,the cultural diversity and the structural pluralism of grass-root Party members,the traditional Party building model based on the unit Party building is gradually presenting the time limitations under the new situations.As part of the innovation and development for the traditional Party building model,the"regional Party building"gradually becomes one of the most important trends for the transition and update of the grass-root Party building model.To improve the scientization and democratization of grass-root Party building,and to accelerate regional government through Party building so as to push on the modernization of socialist governance system with Chinese characteristics.
