中学生法治意识核心素养培育论析

Analysis on the cultivation of the core accomplishment of middle school students’ awareness of the rule of law

依法治国,教育先行。加强对中学生法治意识核心素养培育,加快推进教育立法,全面建设依法治教的教育法治体系,是落实党的十九届四中全会精神、推进教育治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要抓手。因此,着重分析当前中学生法治意识核心素养现状并给予有效的解决措施,对培育中学生法治意识,对建设社会主义法治国家具有重大意义。

Administering a country according to law,the education beforehand.Strengthening the cultivation of the core quality of middle school students’awareness of the rule of law,accelerating the promotion of education legislation,and comprehensively building an education system of the rule of law governing education by law are the important measures to implement the spirit of the fourth plenary session of the 19 th national congress of the communist party of China and promote the modernization of the educational governance system and governance capacity.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the problems existing in the core accomplishment of middle school students’awareness of the rule of law and give corresponding solutions to promote middle school students to study law,know law,understand law,abide by law,and use it and to build a socialist country under the rule of law.
