幼儿教师科学素质的现状调查与分析——以粤西为例 被引量:2

摘要 幼儿科学教育是科学启蒙教育,幼儿教师是幼儿科学教育教学活动的组织者和实施者,其科学素质的水平直接影响到幼儿科学素质的培养。为了解粤西在职幼儿教师科学素质现状,采用问卷调查法对粤西30所幼儿园178名幼儿教师进行调查。结果显示:幼儿教师的科学素质水平普遍不高,主要表现在不具备良好的科学知识水平,缺乏对科学方法和科学对社会、个人影响的真正理解。必须加强幼儿教师队伍建设,营造有利于提升幼儿教师科学素养的良好氛围,增加学前教育专业自然科学类课程等措施提高幼儿教师的科学素质。 Science education for preschool-age children is a scientific enlightenment education.Preschool teachers are the organizers and implementers of preschool science education and teaching activities.Their level of scientific literacy directly affects the cultivation of children’s scientific quality.In order to understand the current situation of preschool teachers’scientific literacy in west Guangdong,178 preschool teachers from 30 kindergartens in west Guangdong were investigated by questionnaire.The results show that the level of scientific literacy of preschool teachers is generally not high,mainly manifested in the lack of a good level of scientific knowledge,the lack of the real understanding of the scientific methods and the impact of science on society and individuals.The scientific literacy of preschool teachers must be improved by strengthening construction of preschool teachers’team,creating a good atmosphere conducive to the improvement of preschool teachers’scientific literacy,increasing the natural science courses of preschool education and other measures.
