安徽省高职学生竞赛研究——基于多中心治理理论

摘要 职教改革背景下,职业教育学生竞赛深受各方关注。职业教育的属性决定了不能完全依靠单一市场主体进行竞赛治理,而单一政府主体治理模式的弊端也日益凸显。在剖析安徽省高职学生竞赛现状及多中心治理理论的基础上发现,两者在治理基础、主体与效果上比较契合。 Under the background of the reform of vocational education, the student competition of vocational education has attracted much attention. The nature of the vocational education determines that it can not rely solely on a single market entity to conduct competitive governance, and the drawbacks of the single government entity governance model are becoming more and more obvious. Based on the analysis of the present situation of competition and the multi-center governance theory in Anhui Province, it was found that the two agree on the governance basis, subject and effect. Based on the polycentric governance theory, this paper puts forward three optimization strategies for competition governance in higher vocational colleges in Anhui Province.
