规则作为一种教育方式,在施行过程中出现了异化现象,这导致规则本体的教育功能被遮蔽。作为幼儿园的潜在课程,规则教育承载着幼儿的德育教育功能。在规则教育过程中,应基于自由实施规则教育,尊重幼儿的主体性,考虑幼儿的长远发展,坚持双方民主平等参与等原则,使规则教育回归本位,实现育幼功能的应然取向。
