试析农村民办幼儿园发展的时代挑战——基于江西省S镇的田野调查

Trial analysis challenges in the development of rural private kindergartens——Fieldwork based on S town of Jiangxi Province

民办幼儿园是我国农村学前教育发展的重要力量,为深入了解我国农村民办幼儿园发展的现状,对江西省S镇的4所民办幼儿园进行了调研。调研发现,农村民办幼儿园存在的问题表现为:园舍环境差,设施材料一成不变;教师的专业素养低,师资保障条件差;课程内容"小学化",教育活动形式单一。为解决这些问题,幼儿园需要因地制宜,创设适宜的幼儿园环境;加强内部管理,满足教师发展需求;丰富课程内容,在多样化活动中发展幼儿的学习经验。

Private kindergartens are an important force in the development of preschool education in rural areas of China.In order to deeply understand the current situation of the development of private kindergartens in rural areas of China,four private kindergartens in S town of Jiangxi province were investigated.According to the investigation,the problems existing in rural private kindergartens are as follows:poor environment of the kindergarten,unchanged facilities and materials;The professional quality of teachers is low,the guarantee condition of teachers is poor;curriculum content tends to be primary school and the form of teaching activity is single.In order to solve these problems,kindergartens need to adapt to local conditions and create an appropriate kindergarten environment;Strengthening internal management to meet the needs of teacher development;Enriching the curriculum content and develop the learning experience of young children in various activities.
