摘要
在实施乡村振兴战略背景下,亳州农村基础教育近年来在财政投入、师资队伍建设、教学质量提升等方面取得了长足发展,同时也存在着管理观念落后、师资队伍建设滞后、教学质量有待提升等问题。为实现亳州乡村振兴,其农村基础教育应处理好五对关系,即制度建设与制度执行的关系、硬件建设与"软件"更新的关系、人才引进与人才稳定的关系、教育管理与教育质量的关系、文化传承与文化创新的关系,以实现更加公平更有质量的教育,助推乡村振兴战略。
In recent years,Bozhou basic education has made considerable progress in financial input,teaching staff building and teaching quality improvement.Under the background of implementing the strategy of rural revitalization,there are problems such as backward management concept,lagging behind the construction of teaching staff,and the need to improve teaching quality.In order to realize the revitalization of Bozhou rural areas,five basic relationships should be dealt with in Bozhou rural basic education,the relationship between system construction and system implementation,the relationship between hardware construction and software updating,the relationship between talent introduction and talent stability,the relationship between educational management and educational quality,the relationship between cultural inheritance and cultural innovation,so as to achieve more equitable and quality education and boost rural revitalization warfare.
