工科研究生创新能力培养体系现状研究——基于成果导向教育与分层递阶理论 被引量:4

摘要 创新型人才培养目标不够鲜明,培养方案不够科学,创新能力水平不高是目前工科研究生创新能力培养的突出问题。以工科研究生创新能力培养为成果导向,引入分层递阶理论,建立一套工科研究生创新能力培养体系,并在华东交通大学进行实证研究,通过问卷调查的形式来分析工科研究生对这套培养体系的认可度以及学生创新能力方面的现状。结果表明,这套培养体系得到了学生较大的认可,有助于工科研究生创新能力的提升,为国内高校工科研究生创新能力培养提供新方向。 The goal of cultivating innovative talents is not clear enough,the training scheme is not scientific enough,and the level of innovation ability is not high is the outstanding problem of the cultivation of the innovation ability of graduate students in engineering.Taking the innovation ability training of engineering graduate students as the result-oriented,the theory of layered step-by-step is introduced,a set of engineering graduate innovation ability training system is established,and empirical research is carried out in East China Jiaotong University to analyze the recognition of this training system and the current situation of students’innovation ability by means of questionnaire survey.The results show that this training system has been recognized by students,which is helpful to the improvement of the innovation ability of engineering graduate students,and can provide a new direction for the cultivation of engineering graduate students in domestic universities.
