构建独立学院特色的思想政治理论课教学效果评价体系

摘要 独立学院以培养应用型人才为主,注重实践教学,但思想政治理论课教学效果评价未能体现出其自身特色和真实效果。因此,独立学院思想政治理论课教学效果评价新机制应是以学生为中心,同行、专家、辅导员为内环,家长和用人单位为外环的"同心圆"评价主体体系;理论性、政治性、思想性和实践性相结合的评价内容体系;管理者、教师、学生、企业共同参与的共性与个性相得益彰的评价指标体系;与评价内容相对应的定性与定量相结合的评价方法体系有机结合的"四维立体化"评价机制。 The evaluation of the teaching effect of ideological and political theory courses does not reflect independent colleges’own characteristics and real effects in that they focus on cultivating applied talents and pay attention to practical teaching.Therefore,the new mechanism for evaluating the effectiveness of the ideological and political theory courses of independent colleges should be a four-dimensional evaluation mechanism including an evaluation of subject system that should be student-centered,with peers,experts,and counselors as the inner ring,and parents and employers as the outer circle,an evaluation of content system combining theoretical,political,ideological,and practical,an evaluation of index system in which the commonality and individuality of managers,teachers,students and enterprises participate together,an evaluation of methods system which combines qualitative and quantitative corresponding to the evaluation content.
