意识形态工作是党的一项重要工作。高校作为培养人才的地方,是意识形态战场的必争地,加强高校意识形态工作有很强的现实必要性。全媒体传播环境下高校意识形态工作,面临工作权威性减弱、渗透防范压力增大、宣传方式僵化滞后和舆论监管引导更难等方面的挑战。当前做好高校意识形态工作需要从抓牢意识形态领导权、加强优秀传统文化浸润、重视宣传方式创新、提升高校师生媒介素养等方面入手。

Ideological work is an extremely important work of the Party.As an important battlefield for ideological struggle,it is very important to strengthen ideological work in colleges and universities.The ideological work in colleges and universities under the environment of all-media communication is facing challenges such as weakened authority of work,increased pressure of penetration prevention,rigid and lagging propaganda methods,and more difficult supervision and guidance of public opinion.At present,to do ideological work well in colleges and universities,we need to grasp ideological leadership,strengthen the infiltration of excellent traditional culture,attach importance to innovation of propaganda methods,and enhance the media literacy of teachers and students in colleges and universities.
