推进义务教育均衡发展,关键是区域内义务教育资源配置均衡化,尤其是强化薄弱学校的教育资源配置。江西省义务教育薄弱学校在师资、财力、物质基础等方面存在着资源配置的不均衡。地方政府应依照"四坚持"的原则,加强区域内薄弱学校教育资源配置,推进义务教育均衡发展。

To promote the balanced development of compulsory education,the key is to balance the allocation of compulsory education resources in the region,especially to strengthen the allocation of education resources in weak schools.The weak schools of compulsory education in Jiangxi Province have an unbalanced allocation of resources in terms of teachers,financial resources and material basis.Local governments should strengthen the allocation of educational resources in weak schools in the region and promote the balanced development of compulsory education in accordance with the principle of"Four Persistences".
