师范院校提高思想政治实效性的几点思考

当前诸多师范院校思想政治教育实效性较低,导致思想政治教育不能充分发挥育人作用,从而影响到学生思想道德、综合素质、思想观念等。要提高思想政治教育实效性,应更新观念,把思想政治教育工作提高到战略地位上来;找到突破口,正确定位思想政治教育目标;创新教育模式,突出思想政治教育的主体性。

The current ideological and political education of normal colleges is low,resulting in ideological and political education can not give full play a role in educating people,which affects the students’ ideological and moral quality,and concept.To improve the actual effect of ideological and political education,we should renew the idea,improve the ideological and political education work to strategic position;find a breakthrough,correct orientation of ideological and political education goals;innovate the education mode,highlight the subjectivity of the ideological and political education.
