摘要 基于我国1996-2015年的时间序列数据,应用单位根和协整理论建立计量模型实证分析了财政分权对我国初等教育影响。研究结果表明:初等教育生均支出、财政分权和人均GDP3个变量之间存在均衡关系。在这一种长期稳定的关系条件下,人均国内生产总值变化对我国的初等教育支出有积极影响,人均国内生产总值增加1元,初等教育生均支出将增加0.1663元。而财政支出对初等教育生均支出有负面影响,财政分权程度增加1个百分点,初等教育生均支出将降低0.48元。 Based on the time series data of China from 1996 to 2015,this paper uses the unit root and cointegration theory to establishing the econometric model.And then We empirically analyze the impact of fiscal decentralization on China’s primary education.The results show that there is a long-term and stable relationship between primary education expenditure per student,fiscal decentralization and GDP per capita.The change in per capita GDP has a positive impact on China’s exports,with the per capita GDP increasing by 1 yuan.The per capita expenditure on primary education will increase by 0.1663 yuan.However,the fiscal expenditure has a negative impact on the per-capita expenditure on primary education,the degree of fiscal decentralization has increased by 1 percentage point,and the per-capita expenditure on primary education has dropped by 0.48 yuan.
