《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案(试行第六版)》中医学观察期患者的中成药治疗文献分析

Literature analysis of Chinese patent medicine treatment in the observation period of Clinical Management of Corona Virus Disease 2019(trial 6th edition)

目的为国家卫生健康委员会发布的《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案(试行第六版)》中医学观察期患者的中成药治疗提供循征评价。方法计算机检索中英文数据库建库至2020年2月的临床研究及系统评价,并进行综合分析。结果藿香正气胶囊(丸、水、口服液)在治疗胃肠型感冒方面,1篇系统评价(SR)显示有效。金花清感胶囊在治疗流行性感冒风热犯肺证方面,1篇随机对照试验(RCT)显示有效。连花清瘟胶囊在治疗流行性感冒方面,2篇SR显示有效;在治疗甲型H1N1流感方面,1篇SR显示有效;在治疗病毒性感冒方面,1篇SR显示有效。疏风解毒胶囊(颗粒)在治疗上呼吸道感染方面,2篇RCT显示有效,1篇临床研究显示有效;在治疗季节性流感方面,1篇临床观察显示有效;在治疗社区获得性肺炎方面,1篇SR显示有效;在慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重方面,1篇SR显示有效。结论4种中成药可用于改善新型冠状病毒肺炎医学观察期患者出现的发热、乏力伴胃肠不适等症状,安全性好,在临床实际应用中应结合患者具体情况合理选择。

Objective To provide evidence-based evaluation for the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine in the observation period of corona virus disease 2019(6 th edition)issued by the National Health Commission.Methods Relevant literatures in Chinese and English databases were searched by computer.The evidence supporting drugs were collected for comprehensive analysis.Results There was one systematic review(SR)of Huoxiangzhengqi Capsules(pill,water,oral liquid)showed efficacy in treating gastrointestinal type cold.One randomized controlled trial(RCT)of Jinhuaqinggan Capsules showed efficacy in treating influenza with wind-heat type.Two SRs of Lianhuaqingwen Capsules showed efficacy in the treatment of influenza;one SR showed efficacy in the treatment of H1N1 influenza;one SR showed efficacy in treating viral influenza.Two RCTs and one clinical study of Shufengjiedu Capsules(granules)showed efficacy in treating upper respiratory tract infections;one clinical study showed efficacy in treating seasonal influenza;one SR showed efficacy in treating community acquired pneumonia;one SR showed efficacy in acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Conclusion Four Chinese patent medicines have effect on fever,fatigue and gastrointestinal discomfort in patients during medical observation period.Chinese patent medicines should be selected reasonably in clinical practice.
