超声心动图诊断先天性主动脉瓣叶裂缺患儿1例

Echocardiography was used to diagnose congenital aortic valve lobes fissure:a case report

1病例资料患儿,男,12岁,出生时于当地医院体检发现心脏杂音,当地超声心动图检查提示"先天性心脏病:室间隔缺损(ventricular septal defect,VSD)"。当时未予特殊诊治,门诊随访,平素体质尚可,无反复呼吸道感染,运动后无明显发绀,无气促,无抽搐晕厥史。今到我院门诊随访。

A 12-year-old male child was found a heart murmur in physical examination.Echocardiography identified a ventricular septal defect,a right aortic valve prolapses,slightly thickened aortic valve with moderate regurgitation,mild tricuspid regurgitation,and diastolic red blood flow from the aorta to the left ventricle.In order to determine the nature of the red flow beam at aortic valve level before operation,transesophageal echocardiography was used for further examination.The child was diagnosed as congenital aortic valve lobes fissure.However,the disease should be clinically differentiated from other diseases such as perforation of aortic valve caused by infective endocarditis,congenital aortic-left ventricular tunnel,rupture of aortic sinus aneurysm,and aortic regurgitation.Finally,it was confirmed by operation.
