老年女性卵泡刺激素升高在阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停引发阿尔兹海默病中作用的初步探讨 被引量:1

摘要 阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)是一种在睡眠过程中因上呼吸道阻塞而表现为打鼾、呼吸暂停、白天嗜睡的睡眠呼吸疾病。目前认为OSA是多种慢性疾病的源头疾病,除可引发或加重多种心脑血管疾病还可损伤认知功能。阿尔兹海默病(AD)是一种以认知功能障碍为主的疾病,因而认为OSA是AD发病的重要环节。更年期女性因雌激素水平明显下降,从而致使其OSA患病率明显升高,因而认为更年期女性雌激素水平降低是其发生AD的重要原因。此外,更年期女性卵泡雌激素水平较高。本文对更年期女性雌激素水平降低对OSA引发AD的作用进行初步探讨。
