一项新型窝沟封闭剂自酸蚀系统其物理性能的研究 被引量:2

Physical properties of new self-etching priming agents and fissure sealants

摘要 目的:研究两种自酸蚀系统与传统磷酸酸蚀处理牙面后微渗漏、渗透深度及其剪切粘结强度性能和微小结构的区别。方法:将40颗拔除的第三磨牙(微渗漏实验)和20颗拔除的前磨牙(剪切粘结强度实验)随机分为4组,每组分别为10颗和5颗牙齿。A组酸蚀后涂布3M封闭剂,B组松风处理剂处理牙面后涂布松风封闭剂,C组酸蚀后涂布松风封闭剂,D组3M自酸蚀粘结剂处理牙面后涂布3M封闭剂。进行扫描电镜观察,以及亚甲蓝染色实验来观察牙面与封闭剂之间的密合程度。剪切粘结强度实验每组牙面处理同微渗漏实验,用电子万能测试仪测试各组封闭剂的粘结性能。结果:与其他3组相比,3M粘结剂处理牙面组封闭剂微渗漏明显(P<0.05)。扫描电镜观察显示3M粘结剂处理牙面组微裂纹最大。传统酸蚀处理相比于自酸蚀处理牙面,前者剪切粘结强度较好。同传统酸蚀组比较,松风处理剂组微渗漏无差异(P<0.05),微裂纹较小,剪切粘结强度较小,但无统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:松风封闭剂系统推荐应用于临床,减少操作时间和难度,3M粘结剂由于效果较差,不推荐直接应用于窝沟封闭。 Objective:To study the differences between two kinds of self-etching systems and traditional phosphoric acid etching systems in the treatment of microleakage,penetration depth,shear bond strength and microstructures.Methods:40 extracted third molars(microleakage test)and 20 extracted premolars(shear bond strength test)were randomly divided into 4 groups,with 10 and 5 teeth in each group.Group A was sealed with 3 M sealant after phosphoric etch.Group B was sealed with shofu sealant after shofu primer.Group C was sealed with shofu sealant after phosphoric etch.Group D was sealed with 3 M sealant after 3 M adhesive.Two of the third molars in each group were randomly selected for scanning electron microscopy,and the rest were stained with methylene blue.The method of placing sealant for shear bond strength test was the same as above.Electronic universal tester was used to test the microstructures.Results:Compared with the other three groups,3 M adhesive group microleakage was obvious(P<0.05)and had the largest microcracks.Compared with the conventional phosphoric etch,the shear bond strength in self-etching group was worse than former.Compared with the phosphoric etch group,there was no significant difference in microleakage test and shear bond strengrh test in the Shofu primer group.Conclusion:Shofu system is recommended for clinical application to reduce operation time,while 3 M adhesive is not recommended for fissure sealant.
