上颌第一磨牙双根双根管的治疗1例及文献回顾 被引量：1

摘要 上颌第一磨牙因其解剖形态的变异和复杂性,根管治疗失败的发生率较高。其最常见的解剖结构是3牙根及3~4个根管。本文报道上颌第一磨牙双根双根管病例1例并对上颌第一磨牙根管数目较少的病例报道进行文献回顾,以加强临床医生对根管特殊形态的认识。
