Ceramage聚合瓷高嵌体修复牙体缺损的疗效研究

A comparative study on effects of Ceramage polymer ceramic and metal inlay in restoration of dental defects

目的:比较Ceramage聚合瓷高嵌体和金属嵌体修复牙体缺损的疗效。方法:选取2018年6月~2019年6月在我院进行牙体缺损修复的120例患者为研究对象,分为金属组和聚合组,每组各60例。金属组患者进行金属嵌体修复,聚合组患者进行Ceramage聚合瓷高嵌体修复。观察两组修复后即刻和修复后1年后的临床疗效,菌斑指数(plaque index,PLI)和牙龈指数(gingival index,GI),不良反应以及患者咀嚼功能和语言功能。结果:在修复后即刻,两组临床疗效差异不明显(P>0.05),修复后1年,聚合组临床疗效优于金属组(P<0.05)。修复后即刻、修复1年后两组患者PLI、GI均较修复前降低,聚合组PLI、GI均明显低于金属组(P<0.05)。修复1年后聚合组不良反应发生率为1.67%,明显低于金属组(20.00%)(P<0.05)。两组修复1年后的咀嚼功能均有所提高,且聚合组修复1年后的咀嚼功能优于金属组(P<0.05)。结论:Ceramage聚合瓷高嵌体和金属嵌体修复对牙体缺损都有一定疗效,但是Ceramage聚合瓷高嵌体修复的远期疗效更好,可以明显减少菌斑附着,改善牙龈状况,减少不良反应。

Objective:To compare the effects of Ceramage polymer ceramic and metal inlay in restoration of dental defects.Methods:Totally 120 patients with dental defect were selected.They were divided into metal group and polymer group,each group with 60 patients.Metal group underwent metal inlay repair,while polymer group underwent Ceramage polymer ceramic inlay repair.The clinical efficacy,plaque index(PLI)and gingival index(GI),adverse reactions,masticatory and linguistic functions of the two groups were observed immediately and 1 year after restoration.Results:Immediately after repair,there was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between two groups(P>0.05).One year after repair,the clinical efficacy of polymer group was significantly better than that of metal group(P<0.05).PLI and GI of the two groups decreased immediately after repair and 1 year after repair.PLI and GI of the polymer group were significantly lower than those in the metal group respectively(P<0.05).One year after repair,the incidence of adverse reactions in the polymer group was1.67%,which was significantly lower than that in the metal group 20.00%(P<0.05).The masticatory function improved after 1 year repair in both of the two groups,and the masticatory function of the polymer group was better than that of the metal group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ceramage polymer ceramic inlay and metal inlay have certain effect on dental defect,but Ceramage polymer ceramic inlay has better long-term effect,can significantly reduce plaque,improve gingival condition and reduce adverse reactions.
