不同修复方式对口腔健康相关生活质量的影响评估

Evaluation of the effect of different prosthodontic treatment on patients’ oral health-related quality of life

目的:通过口腔健康相关生活质量(oral health-related quality of life,OHRQo L)评价固定义齿(fixed dental prostheses,FDP),可摘局部义齿(removable partial denture,RPD)和全口义齿(complete dentures,CD)在2年内的治疗效果。方法:选取2016年2月~2016年7月在武汉市中心医院口腔修复科就诊并接受固定义齿(FDP)修复、可摘局部义齿(RPD)修复及全口义齿(CD)修复治疗的成年患者192例,在修复治疗前、治疗后4~6周以及治疗后6、12、18和24个月时分别随访填写口腔健康影响程度量表(the oral health impact profile,OHIP-49)。结果:治疗后,三组OHRQo L均因修复治疗而明显改善。随着时间推移,患者整体的OHIP评分缓慢增加,但在治疗后24个月仍低于治疗前水平;与治疗前相比,仅治疗后4~6周和6个月差异具有统计学意义。FDP组治疗后12个月,RPD组治疗4~6周及6个月OHRQo L改善最为显著。结论:修复治疗至少1年内对患者的口腔健康产生积极影响。即使随时间推移,OHIP评分缓慢升高,但在治疗后24个月仍低于治疗前水平。

Objective:To estimate how the patients perceived their oral health during a period of two years after treatment with fixed dental prostheses(FDP),removable partial denture(RPD)and complete dentures(CD)by using the concept oral health-related quality of life(OHRQo L).Methods:A consecutive sample of 192 adult patients treated with prosthesis was recruited in this study.These patients were divided into FDP group,RPD group and CD group.They were applied with the oral health impact profile(OHIP)before prosthodontic treatment and 4~6 weeks,6,12,18,and 24 months after therapy.Results:OHRQo L of three groups all improved significantly due to the prosthodontic treatment.Even though the OHIP score increased slowly over time,it was still lower at 24 months after treatment than that before treatment.Conclusion:The effects of prosthodontic treatment on patients’perception seem to last for at least 1 year.
