间室切除术在舌癌手术治疗中的临床应用

Application of compartmental resection in surgical treatment of tongue cancer

目的:探讨间室切除术在舌癌手术治疗中的方法和临床价值。方法:随访观察30例舌癌患者,原发灶切除均按照舌癌间室切除的方法并同期行颈淋巴清扫术,调查研究患者生存率、原发灶局部复发率和术后生存质量。结果:30例患者5年生存率为76.7%,原发灶局部复发率为16.7%。依据华盛顿大学生存质量问卷(University of Washington Quality of Life Questionnaire,UW-QOL)调查,30例患者术后吞咽、咀嚼及言语的评价得分分别为(65.20±22.36),(74.42±30.05)以及(57.61±18.71)分。结论:舌癌间室切除术作为舌癌根治术中的一种新方法,可有效的提高远期生存率,同时降低原发灶的局部复发率,临床上值得推广。

Objective:To investigate the method and clinical value of Compartmental resection in the treatment of tongue cancer.Methods:In 30 patients with tongue cancer,the primary tumor resection was performed according to the method of compartmental resection of tongue cancer.During the same period,cervical lymphatic cleaning was performed,and the survival rate,local recurrence rate of primary tumor,and postoperative survival quality were studied.Results:The 5-year survival rate was 76.7%,and the local recurrence rate was 16.7%in the follow-up of 30 patients.According to the University of Washington Quality of Life Questionnaire(UW-QOL)survey,the scores of swallowing,chewing and speech were(65.20±22.36),(74.42±30.05)and(57.61±18.71)respectively.Conclusion:As a new method in the radical operation of tongue carcinoma,compartmental resection of tongue carcinoma can effectively improve the long-term survival rate and reduce the local recurrence rate of primary tumor,and it is worth promoting clinically.
