种植体间距和印模杆连接方式对基台水平印模精度的影响 被引量:4

The influence of implants spacings and splinting methods on the accuracy of abutment-level implant impressions

摘要 目的:评价连接方式及种植间距变化对多单位基台水平印模精度的影响。方法:无牙颌上颌模型植入3组不同间距的植体,以4种印模杆连接方式取40副实验模型(n=10),采用数字化分析三维偏差。结果:种植间距增大印模精度降低。精度比较:树脂重连>金属杆连接>牙线树脂连接>不连接,间距1 cm时其他连接方式对比不连接差异显著;间距为2 cm和3 cm时仅有树脂重连较不连接精度大。结论:种植间距增大降低基台水平印模精确度。对于多单位基台水平取模,特别是种植位点相距较远时,将印模杆树脂重连可获取更精准的印模。 Objective:To evaluate the effect of different splint methods and implants spacings on the accuracy of multiple-unit abutment-level implant impressions.Methods:Maxillary edentulous model with six implants placed in different spacings was fabricated.Forty impressions of reference model were made with four splint methods by using a digital approach to analyze the 3 D deviations.Results:The increase of implants spacing decreased the accuracy of impressions.Methods resin resplint showed the highest accuracy followed by metal bar,dental floss resin and nonsplint.When the spacing was 1 cm,there were significant differences between the first three methods and nonsplint respectively(P<0.05).When the spacings were 2 cm and 3 cm,there was significant differences only between resin resplint and nonsplint(P<0.05).Conclusion:The increase of implants spacing reduces the accuracy of abutment-level impression.Splinting impression copings with resin resplint can obtain more accurate abutment-level implant impressions,especially when the implant sites are far apart.
