摘要
通过分析近几年冷链物流的发展,以及在消费者生活中的重要性,针对特殊的新冠疫情时期,检验检疫必不可少。总结进口食品从冷链物流开端保税仓库及进口肉类指定口岸查验厂设计,为检验检疫工作提供理论依据。对冷链物流其他环节的防御提出建议,冷库作为核心设施,需要减少操作人员还需对进出车辆人员进行消毒处理,保证进入市场的食品安全。
By analyzing the development of cold chain logistics in recent years and its importance in consumers'lives,inspection and quarantine are essential for special new crown epidemic periods.Summarize the design of bonded warehouses and designated ports inspection plants for imported meat from the beginning of cold chain logistics to provide theoretical basis for inspection and quarantine.Suggestions for the defense of other links in cold chain logistics.Cold storage,as a core facility,needs to reduce the number of operators and disinfection of personnel entering and exiting vehicles to ensure the safety of food entering the market.
