使用Range算法及SD算法计算的心率波动离散度与CCTA主观评价相关性分析 被引量:2

Relevance Analysis between Dispersion of Cardiac Rhythm Wave Calculated by Range Algorithm and SD Algorithm and CCTA Subjective Evaluation

摘要 目的在诸多分析心率变化程度与冠状动脉计算机体层摄影(CCTA)的图像主观评价相关性研究中,对心率变化离散程度的统计方式并未有统一的计算标准,本研究目的是使用Range算法及SD算法分别统计心率波动离散度,再使用SPSS计算两者与CCTA主观评价的相关性研究。方法采用文献中使用最多的Range算法和SD算法,分别为69例CCTA患者的图像统计心率变化离散度(Range:11.94±7.74;SD:6.11±4.02),并通过Pearson相关分析两者与CCTA主观评价的相关性。结果Pearson分析显示两种方法皆与CCTA主观评价呈负相关(Pearson:Range=-694,SD=-695,P<0.01)。而对SD值与Range值大小分组(A组:SD<5、Range<10;B组:SD≥5、Range≥10)的t检验显示两者有统计学差异(P<0.01;其中RAC:P=0.002;LAD:P=0.001;LCX:P=0.001)。结论综上所述,在对心率变化与CCTA图像主观评价相关性研究中,Range算法与SD算法都能一定程度反映心率波动离散度,均可用于CCTA检查前评估与后续理论研究。 Objective In many studies on the correlation between the degree of cardiac rhythm change and the subjective evaluation of CCTA images,there is no uniform calculation standard for the statistical method of the degree of cardiac rhythm change dispersion.The purpose of this paper is to use Range algorithm and SD algorithm to calculate the correlation between the degree of cardiac rhythm dispersion and CCTA subjective evaluation.Methods Range algorithm and SD algorithm were used most frequently in literature.The dispersion of cardiac rhythm was calculated in 69 patients with CCTA(Range:11.94±7.74);(SD:6.11±4.02),and the correlation between them and the subjective evaluation of CCTA was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis and multiple logistic regression analysis.Results Both methods were negatively correlated with the subjective evaluation of CCTA(Pearson:Range=-694,SD=-695,P<0.01).Logistic showed that SD method was more correlated(Anova:F=30.82,P<0.01.Range:B=-0.056,Bate=-0.272;SD:B=-0.172,Bate=-0.424).The t-test of SD value grouping(Group A:SD<5;Group B:SD<5)showed significant difference(P<0.001;RAC:P=0.002;LAD:P=0.001;LCX:P=0.001).Conclusion In summary,in the study of the correlation between cardiac rhythm change and subjective evaluation of CCTA images,SD algorithm is more in line with the real state of cardiac rhythm fluctuation,and SD algorithm is more accurate in statistical dispersion of cardiac rhythm change.
