摘要 大学生肥胖的成因既有社会因素、遗传因素,也与自身不良习惯有关,影响着大学生的身心健康.阐述了长跑对肥胖大学生的减肥作用,从跑步姿势、呼吸方法、跑步时间和次数等方面指出长跑减肥要领,并提醒注意要有充分的准备活动、适宜的锻炼强度及合理的膳食.结果表明,只要掌握正确的跑步方法并持之以恒,通过长跑能够达到减肥的目的,同时对提高身体素质也有明显作用.因此,长跑对大学生减肥具有显著的效果. The causes of college students′obesity include social factors,genetic factors,and bad habits,which affect their physical and mental health.This paper expounds the effect of longdistance running on losing weight for the obese students,and points out the essentials of longdistance running on losing weight from the aspects of running posture,breathing method,running time and times,and reminds the students of having sufficient preparation activities,appropriate exercise intensity and reasonable diet.The results show that the long-distance running can make the students achieve the goal of weight loss as long as they master the right running method and persevere it,meanwhile,it has the obvious function to improve the physical quality.Therefore,long-distance running has a significant effect on college students′weight loss.
