常规板坯连铸提拉速的研究和实践 被引量:1

Study and practice on raising speed of continuous slab casting

摘要 高效连铸的核心是高拉速。为提高连铸拉速,对铸机的最高拉速进行了理论计算,对提拉速实践过程中板坯的低倍形貌、宽度控制、热装表面裂纹和结晶器卷渣质量问题进行了研究分析,通过提高铸机精度、均匀二冷水、调整结晶器下口宽度、控制板坯入炉温度及采用新型结晶器浸入式水口等方式,解决了相关质量问题,使拉速提高了15%。 High casting speed is the core of high efficiency continuous casting.In order to raise the casting speed,the maximum casting speed of casters was calculated in theory,and the quality problems of slab macrostructure,width control,crack of hot charging process and slag entrapment caused by raising speed are studied and analyzed.By improving the accuracy of the caster,homogenizing the secondary cooling water,adjusting the width of the mould,controlling the temperature of slab entering the furnace and adopting the new type of submerged nozzle of the mould,the quality problems are solved,and the casting speed is increased by 15%.
