摘要
企业参与脱贫攻坚有利于增强贫困地区自我发展能力,是打赢脱贫攻坚战的重要途径,研究企业扶贫的动机对于巩固拓展脱贫攻坚成果、接续推进乡村振兴以及促进全体人民共同富裕具有重要的现实意义。本文基于2016—2019年A股上市公司参与脱贫攻坚信息,研究了企业高管团队贫困经历对企业参与脱贫攻坚行为的影响。研究发现:有贫困经历的高管所在企业更有可能参与脱贫攻坚事业,并且在扶贫过程中投入更多。进一步研究发现有贫困经历的高管在职消费水平更低,验证了其所在企业参与脱贫攻坚更多地出于利他动机。分组检验发现,与非国有企业相比,国有企业的高管团队有贫困经历更倾向于参与脱贫攻坚,并且投入更大,此结论在受教育程度高、年龄更大、女性比例更高以及非过度自信的高管分组检验中同样成立。最后,通过对扶贫方式分组,发现企业参与产业扶贫时,高管团队有贫困经历的企业脱贫攻坚投入的力度更大。在“后扶贫时代”本文为如何引导社会力量参与相对贫困治理提供了新的思路。
Corporate's participation in poverty alleviation is conducive to enhancing the self-development capacity of poor areas and is an important way to win the battle against poverty.It is also of practical significance to study the motives of corporate's participation in poverty alleviation for it can help us to consolidate and expand the results of poverty alleviation,to successively promote rural revitalization and to promote the common prosperity of all people.Based on the information collected of A-share listed companies about poverty alleviation from 2016 to 2019,this paper studies the impact of poverty experience of senior executive team on corporate's participation in poverty alleviation.The results show that,the firm with senior executives who have poverty experience is more likely to participate in poverty alleviation,and results in spending more on poverty alleviation.Further tests show that senior executive with poverty experience has lower perk consumption and that participation in poverty alleviation of companies will curb their investment levels.The group test found that compared to nonstate-owned enterprises,the senior managers of state-owned enterprises with poverty experience are more likely to participate in poverty alleviation and invest more.This conclusion holds the same in the group tests of non-state enterprises with senior management group of higher educational level,older age,higher women proportion and non-overconfident executives.Finally,by grouping poverty alleviation,it is found that when enterprises participate in industrial poverty alleviation,the poverty experience of senior executive team leads to stronger participation power in poverty alleviation.In the“post-poverty era”,this paper provides new ideas on how to guide social forces to participate in relative poverty governance.
