摘要
数字创新的生态化协同已经成为实现创新产出的主要形式,数字创新生态系统也成为学者和实践者关注的热点课题。本文主要研究数字创新生态系统的演化趋势,并探索不同演化趋势下的系统治理机制。借助扎根理论对大范围深度访谈进行分析,最终得到数字创新生态系统的三个演化方向:关系互动、知识能力和行为规范,在此基础上,揭示了相应的治理机制:以信任为纽带的关系机制,以知识为核心的激励机制和以惯例为基础的控制机制,并对系统参与者的管理模式进行相应的探讨。研究有助于更为深入揭示数字创新生态系统的本质,是对数字创新和创新生态系统的有机融合和重要拓展,可以为企业数字化转型和合作创新发展提供理论指导。
As an important factor of production,digital has been fully integrated into the process of enterprise operation and innovation,and the ecological coordination of digital innovation has become the main form of realizing innovation output.Innovation ecosystem is considered to be a complex system formed by cooperation of multiple agents,with symbiotic coupling,competition and cooperation and other nonlinear interaction and complex network characteristics.The construction of digital innovation ecosystem is helpful to break the industrial,regional and enterprise boundaries and realize digital value creation.Digital innovation ecosystem has also become a hot topic for scholars and practitioners.This paper takes the digital innovation ecosystem as the research object,mainly studies the evolution trend of the digital innovation ecosystem and explores the system governance mechanism of the digital innovation ecosystem under different evolution trends.Mainly with the help of grounded theory,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of large-scale in-depth interview data through open coding,spindle coding and selective coding,and extracts and summarizes from the original data.The interview focused on the theme of the digital innovation ecosystem,taking famous domestic digital innovation ecosystems such as Huawei,Haier,Ali and Tencent as the objects,and discussing the impact of digital technology on corporate cooperative innovation and innovation ecosystem with the interviewees.Finally,three evolutionary directions of the digital innovation ecosystem are obtained:relationship interaction,knowledge ability and behavior norms.Starting from this perspective,the evolution of the digital innovation ecosystem is deeply discussed,and the corresponding governance mechanisms of the digital innovation ecosystem under different evolution trends are revealed:(1)the relationship mechanism with trust as a link should be used under the trend of long-term relationship and system clustering.(2)The knowledge-centered incentive mechanism should be used under the trend of specialization and innovation synergy.(3)Under the trend of behavior efficiency and cognition standardization,the convention-based control mechanism should be used,and the management model of system participants should be discussed accordingly.The digital innovation ecosystem needs to selectively incline to a certain governance mechanism based on the different evolution trends and system characteristics of the system,supplemented by the other two governance mechanisms,and also needs to adjust and improve the governance system based on the changes of internal and external environment.Only in this way can the better and faster development of the digital innovation ecosystem be promoted.At the theoretical level,this research is an organic integration and an important extension of the theory of digital innovation and innovation ecosystem,which helps to reveal the essence of digital innovation ecosystem more deeply,and is an organic integration and an important extension of digital innovation and innovation ecosystem,which to a certain extent fills the gap in relevant research.At the practical level,this research will help enterprises to better understand the operation and evolution of the digital innovation ecosystem,better integrate into the digital innovation ecosystem,obtain innovation resources,enhance innovation capability and realize knowledge appreciation.At the same time,for the digital innovation ecosystem as a whole,a more appropriate governance mechanism can be selected to promote the stable and efficient operation of the system and enhance the technological capability and competitiveness of the entire system.It can provide theoretical guidance for enterprises’digital transformation and cooperative innovation development.
