中关村青年创业者的素质构成与培养

Quality composition and training of young entrepreneurs in Zhongguancun

基于182名创业者的调查表明,中关村青年创业主要是机会型创业,具有明显的互联网和高科技特色,有较强的创业带动就业效应和较高的创业回报;普遍认同创业素质由创业特质、创业精神、创业知识和创业能力的14个指标构成;家庭教育、学校教育、自身努力和中关村创业环境都是青年创业素质的培养因子,但其作用空间和贡献率有差异,最佳培养途径也不同。家庭要开展积极人格和创业特质为核心的早期教育,学校要推动创业知识和创业能力为核心的教育改革,当地政府要促进创业培训、搭建合作与交流平台、鼓励"干中学"为核心的创业实践教育,形成相互配合的三驾马车,以共同提升广大青年的创业素质。

The survey based on 182 entrepreneurs show that the entrepreneurship of young people in Zhongguancun is mainly opportunistic entrepreneurship, and it has obvious characteristics of Internet and high technology, and has strong entrepreneurship-driven employment effect and higher entrepreneurship returns;the entrepreneurship quality is generally recognized as composed of 14 indicators of entrepreneurship characteristics, family education, school education, self-efforts and entrepreneurship environment in Zhongguancun are all factors to improve the youth’s entrepreneurship quality, but their role space and contribution rate are different;the best ways to improve entrepreneurship quality are different. Families should carry out early education with good positive personality and entrepreneurship characteristics as the core, schools should promote educational reform with Entrepreneurship knowledge and entrepreneurship ability as the core,local government should promote entrepreneurship training, build a platform for cooperation and exchange, and encourage entrepreneurship practice education with " learning by starting doing " as the core, forming a coordinated troika, so as to jointly improve the entrepreneurship quality of the youth.
