摘要
回顾1979年前后发现P53蛋白的历史过程,以及此后对该基因研究中的一些标志性的成果和应用。结合不同时期的社会背景和分子生物学的整体发展状况,对P53研究中的工作方法、思维范式及其影响给出了一定解释。
This paper mainly reviews the historical process of the discovery of P53 protein in 1979 and some landmark achievements in the study of this gene along with applications derived from them.Social and knowledge backgrounds are provided for better understanding of the study of P53 in the context of the development of molecular biology.While how experiment methods and working paradigms effect P53 studies have been explained to some extent.
