中国企业全球化经营中的跨文化管理和风险管理

摘要 本文结合笔者多年海外业务运营管理经验,对中国企业全球化经营中出现的跨文化管理和风险管理问题进行了深入的剖析。文章指出,“人类社会活动的‘二维三层’结构是导致文化差异存在的原因”。全面阐述了“从求同存异向存异求同改变,通过平衡利益达到携手并进”的跨文化管理原则,提出了“循序渐进、善于沟通、善于主动”的三种跨文化管理有效方法。从“思想方法、经验主义、组织机构、环境认识”四个角度全面分析了中国企业海外发展中风险发生的根源,介绍了识别风险的多维度分析方法,提出了风险防范应对的关键举措。 Comhining the author’s years of overseas business operation management experience,the article makes an in-depth analysis of the crosscultural management and risk management in the globalization of Chinese enterprises.The article points out that the"two dimensional and three layers"structure of human social activities is the reason for cultural differences.This article comprehensively expounds a cross-cultural management principle of"moving from seeking common ground while reserving differences to facing differences and seeking common ground",and puts forward three effective cross-cultural management methods,namely"gradual improvement,good communication and taking the initiative".The article comprehensively analyzes the root causes of risks in the overseas development of Chinese enterprises from four perspectives,i.e.,"thinking method,empiricism,organization and environment cognition".The article also introduces a multi-dimensional analysis method for identifying risk and offers the proposal of key measures for risk prevention.
