摘要
一流大学建设和课堂教学质量改善需要一流的课堂教学评价。奥克兰大学作为新西兰的一所一流大学,采用形成性评价、总结性评价、同行评审教学及教学档案袋等课堂教学评价运行方式,构建了相对完善的课堂教学评价体系。基于奥克兰大学课堂教学评价体系的特点和提高学生参与课堂评价的措施,我国一流本科教育的课堂教学评价体系建设应确立发展性的评价目标、形成多样化的评价方式、加大评价过程的宣传力度、构建完善的评价反馈机制,对接我国推进"双一流"建设评价体系的现实需求。
The construction of first-class universities and the improvement of classroom teaching quality require first-class classroom teaching evaluation.As a first-class university in New Zealand,the University of Auckland adopts formative evaluation,summative evaluation,peer-reviewed teaching and teaching portfolio and other classroom teaching evaluation methods to build a relatively complete classroom teaching evaluation system.Based on the analysis of characteristics of the classroom teaching evaluation system of the University of Auckland and measures to improve student participation in classroom evaluation,it is suggested that the evaluation system construction of the first-class undergraduate education in China should establish the development evaluation goal,form the diversified evaluation methods,increase the publicity of the evaluation process,construct the perfect evaluation feedback mechanism,and connect it with the realistic demand of promoting the"double first-class"construction.
