静载和爆压作用下某跌落塔力学分析

Mechanical Analysis on Drop Tower Subjected to Static Loading and Explosion Superpressure

摘要 利用ABAQUS有限元软件分析了某跌落塔结构在给定静载作用下的力学响应,同时基于半无限空间爆炸相似律公式计算了30 kgTNT爆炸超压对跌落塔结构的影响,分析结果表明在给定静载作用下跌落塔结构承受载荷较小,承受最大Mises应力为5.91 MPa,塔体结构单根支柱所承受的最大拉伸载荷约为4.3 MPa,最大压缩载荷约为4.6 MPa;30 kg TNT在跌落靶面爆炸产生的超压对跌落塔结构作用较小,不会对跌落塔结构安全造成影响;同时讨论了风、雪压对塔体结构的影响,表明塔体结构设计过程中需考虑严酷的自然环境影响因素. Mechanical response of steel reinforced concrete drop tower subjected to static loading is simulated by finite element software ABAQUS.The drop tower subjected to 30 kg TNT explosion superpressure is calculated by semi-infinite space explosion similarity law method.When the drop tower is subjected to a certain loading,the results indicate the stress on drop tower is little.The maximum Mises stress is about 5.9 MPa,the maximum tension stress is about 4.3 MPa and the maximum compression stress is about 4.6 MPa.Superpressure effect on drop tower is also insignificant for thirty kilogram TNT.Wind and snow pressure effect on drop tower is discussed.The results show that natural influencing factors should be considered in drop tower structure design.
