摘要
口译师资的业务水平和教学能力是保证口译教育质量、促进口译学科建设、加强口译专业发展的关键。日内瓦大学高翻学院从20世纪60年代开始进行翻译教师培训项目及相关研究,具有丰富的实践经验和理论积淀。本文首先回顾并反思口译教学的"广外模式",其次探讨我国口译师资培训现状与需求。在此基础上,总结日内瓦大学高翻学院口译师资项目特点,借鉴其师资培训经验,探讨我国多语种口译师资培训的路径。
The professional level and teaching ability of interpreting trainers are the key factors to ensure the quality of interpreting education and the development of interpreting discipline.This paper first reviewed the"Guangwai Approach"of interpreting teaching,the current situation and needs of interpreting trainers’training in China.Then,this paper summarized the characteristics of the training of trainers’(TOT)project at Faculty of Translation and Interpreting(FTI)of the University of Geneva(UNIGE).Based on the lessons learned from UNIGE,the paper discussed the multilingual interpreting teacher training in China.
