文体在文化传播中的作用——以村上文学及其翻译为中心

The Role of Style in Culture Communication:Centering on Haruki Murakami’s Literature and Its Translation

文体不仅是语文修养、语言技巧和语言艺术的表现,而且可能是作家对生活以至世界的一种个人化领悟方式。村上春树的文体不同于当今任何一位日本作家,形成了独特的"村上体"。笔者以村上文学及其翻译为中心,通过讲述村上小说在中国的传播,探讨文体在文化传播中的作用以及比喻这一修辞手段在语言或文体中的独特作用。笔者认为翻译的原则应为审美忠实,因此对文体的忽视也意味着审美视角的缺位。

Style does not only involve literary qualities,writing skills and linguistic competences,but also manifests a personal way of understanding life and the world.Murakami’s writing style is unique comparing with that of any Japanese writer nowadays and is thus known as"Murakami style."Centering on Murakami’s literature and its translation,the author explores the role of style in culture communication by narrating the dissemination and reception of Murakami’s novels in China and illustrates with examples the unique role of metaphors and similes in literary style.In addition,the author believes that the principle of literary translation should be aesthetic faithfulness so that the neglect of style in translation also means the absence of aesthetic perspective.
