在"大智移云物区"等新技术风起云涌的数字经济时代,智能化技术将会对所有行业、所有企业及人类生活带来深远影响,智能财务成为学术界和实务界共同面临的新鲜事物,其理论探讨与实践探索引发广泛社会关注。本文创新性地对智能财务的基本框架和建设思路进行系统性阐释和论述,从智能财务研究和实践的背景与现状出发,在理论层面探讨了智能财务的定义、特点和基本框架,在应用层面以云南烟草商业为例,探讨了智能财务建设的总体思路、智能财务平台的建设思路和新型财务管理模式的构建思路,以期丰富智能财务的基础理论和方法,为企业探索智能财务建设实践提供切实指导和有益参考。

In the era of digital economy in which new technologies such as“Big Data,Artificial Intelligence,Mobile Internet,Internet of Things,Blockchain”are surging.Intelligent technology will have a profound impact on all industries,all enterprises and human life.Intelligent finance has become a common new thing in academic and practical fields,and its theoretical and practical exploration has attracted extensive social attention.This paper systematically explains and discusses the basic framework and construction thoughts of intelligent finance.Focused on the basic framework and construction ideas of intelligent finance,starting from the background and current situation of intelligent finance research and practice,this paper discusses the definition,characteristics and basic framework of Intelligent Finance at the theoretical level.While at the application level,taking China Tobacco Yunnan Branch as an example,it discusses the overall thoughts of intelligent finance construction,the construction idea of intelligent finance platform and new financial management mode.This paper not only enriches the basic theory and method of intelligent finance,but also provides practical guidance and useful reference for enterprises to explore the construction practice of intelligent finance.
