摘要
本文基于酶底物法与多管发酵法测定同一水样3种菌群的结果,菌落总数、粪大肠菌群分别采用3种分析方法进行准确性分析,得出2组样本相对偏差在允许范围内、t检验无统计学意义上的显著性差异、相关性为高度相关,说明酶底物法用于检测水样中的菌落总数、粪大肠菌群准确性较高,可以作为评价水质微生物污染的标准方法;受检测水样耐热大肠菌群含量较低、检测手段精度等因素制约,导致酶底物法检测耐热大肠菌群准确性分析工作未能开展。
Based on the results of enzyme substrate method and multi-tube fermentation method, three methods were used to analyze the accuracy of total bacterial count and fecal coliform, the results showed that the relative deviation between the two groups was within the allowable range, the t test showed no significant difference, and the correlation was high, the results showed that the enzyme substrate method could be used as a standard method to evaluate the microbial contamination of water quality. Due to the low content of heat-resistant coliform bacteria in water samples and the precision of detection methods, the accuracy analysis of enzyme substrate method for detection of heat-resistant coliform bacteria has not been carried out.
