基于主成分分析法的供水管网分界带定位

摘要 针对双源供水管网,采用主成分分析(PCA)综合指标法定位实际管网中的供水分界带。PCA综合指标为通过主成分分析降维作用,综合多种水质指标得到的唯一指标,根据这一指标进行空间插值定位供水分界带。以H市为例,PCA综合指标(PCI)以电导率、总硬度、TOC、硫酸盐、氟化物、氯化物、硝酸盐氮为基本指标得到,经反距离权重插值定位供水分界带位置。结果表明:定位结果与水力模型计算结果基本吻合;各水质指标具有内在关联性与统计规律,避免单一指标的偶然性,PCA综合指标定位效果好于电导率指标;根据在线监测点处管段水力变化特点,方法定位的供水分界带处于实际分界带区域,说明结果正确,具有可行性。 For a dual-source water supply network,PCA comprehensive index,obtained by integrating various water quality indexes through principal component analysis,was to determine the mixed water boundary zone using spatial interpolation method.Taking H city as an example,PCA comprehensive index(PCI)was obtained by integrating basic indexes such as conductivity,total hardness,TOC,sulfate,fluoride,chloride and nitrate nitrogen,and inverse distance interpolation method was applied.The results show that:it was in good coincidence with the computed result of hydraulic model;these water quality indexes had correlation and statistical law,avoiding the contingency of a single index,and for the positioning result,PCI was better than conductivity index.According to the hydraulic variation characteristics of the pipe section at the online monitoring point,the boundary zone determined by the method was in the actual boundary zone,indicating that the result was correct and so that the method was feasible.
