区域科技创新服务平台构建模式及运行机制研究——以浙江“院士之家”建设为例

Research on the Construction Mode and Operation Mechanism of Regional Science and Technology Innovation Service Platform—— Taking Zhejiang “Academician’s Home” as an example

科技创新服务平台是推动区域经济转型升级的核心要素,可有效推动社会进步与科技发展。本文以浙江“院士之家”为例,从物理空间建设、运营管理方式、功能成效等方面入手对平台的构建模式和运行机制进行分析研究,并提出改进对策,促进区域科技创新服务平台体系的建设。

Scientific and technological innovation service platform is the core element of promoting regional economic transformation and upgrading,which can effectively promote social progress and scientific and technological development.Taking Zhejiang“Academician’s Home”as an example,this paper analyzes and studies the construction mode and operation mechanism of the platform from the aspects of physical space construction,operation management mode and functional effect,and puts forward improvement countermeasures to facilitate the construction of regional science and technology innovation service platform system.
