摘要
提出了一种简便、快速同时溶解及准确测定铜基钎料中银、锡和磷含量的新方法。研究采用5 mL(硝酸+氢氟酸)混合酸溶解铜基钎料样品,加入5 mL硼酸(40 g/L)络合过量的氟离子,采用电感耦合等离子体光谱法(ICP-AES)同时测定试液中银、锡和磷含量。样品加标回收率为96.2%~102.6%,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0.44%~3.89%。方法准确、可靠,可用于铜基钎料中银、锡和磷含量的测定。
A simple method for the simultaneous dissolution and accurate determination of silver,tin and phosphorus in copper base brazing filler metals by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-AES)was reported.The sample was dissolved with 5 mL mixed acid(nitric acid+hydrofluoric acid),followed by the addition of 5 mL boric acid(40 g/L)to mask the excess fluoride.The silver,tin and phosphorus were then simultaneously determined by ICP-AES.The recoveries of spiked samples were 96.2%~102.6%and the relative standard deviation of determination result was 0.44%~3.89%.The method is accurate,reliable and can be used for the determination of silver,tin and phosphorus in copper base brazing filler metals.
