基于熵权和层次分析法的综合能源系统运行服务评价

Service Evaluation of the Integrated Energy System Based on EMW and AHP

针对综合能源系统运行服务的评价问题,研究了一种熵权法和层次分析法相结合的方案。首先从经济、能效、环保、质量等方面,分析了综合能源系统运行服务的评价指标。然后研究了熵权法计算客观权重的基本原理,分析了层次分析法求解主观权重的基本思路,并将二者结合,给出了综合权重的计算方法。最后,结合具体应用场景,给出了评价结果的详细计算流程。应用实例表明,该方案可以较好地适用于综合能源系统运行服务的评价。

To deal with the service evaluation of the integrated energy system,a scheme based on the EWM and AHP is proposed.First of all,the evaluation indexes are analyzed,from the aspects of economy,energy efficiency,environmental protection and quality.Then,the principle of EWM is discussed,used to calculate the objective weight,while the strategy of AHP is analyzed,used to obtain the subjective weight.Combined with EWM and AHP,the method to get the comprehensive weight is discussed.Finally,the detailed calculation process of the evaluation result is given,by a specific application scenario.The application example shows that the scheme can be applied to the service evaluation of integrated energy system.
