The Construction Experience of National High-tech Zone in Guangdong and Jiangsu Province and Its Enlightenment to Zhejiang Province

以火炬年鉴及国家高新区创新能力发展报告等权威材料为基础,对比分析我省国家高新区和广东、江苏所属国家高新区之间发展的差异,在此基础上广泛收集上述省份在发展高新区时采用的各项政策措施,并对浙江省下一步高质量发展高新区提出可行的政策建议。

Based on the torch Yearbook and the national high tech Zone Innovation Capacity Development Report and other authoritative materials,this paper compares and analyzes the development differences between Guangdong and Jiangsu national high tech zones.On this basis,it extensively collects the various policies and measures adopted by the two advanced provinces in the development of high tech zones,and puts forward feasible policy suggestions for the next high-quality development of high tech zones in Zhejiang province.
