摘要 在水运工程建设中,常遇到毗邻建筑物的礁石需要清除,针对水下爆破、凿岩棒及冲击破碎锤工艺有损毗邻建筑物的安全问题,基于陆上液压劈裂机原理,研发了适用水下礁石破裂的液压柱,结合钻机船等设备形成一种水下液压柱破碎礁石的施工技术,通过在西江航运干线贵港至梧州3000吨级航道等工程的应用,既完成了水下礁石破碎清除,又完整保护了建筑物,为水下礁石破碎提供一种技术。 In the construction of water transport projects,the reefs and rocks of adjacent buildings often need to be removed.In view of the safety problem of adjacent buildings damaged by underwater blasting,rock drilling rod and impact hammer technology,based on the principle of land hydraulic fracturing machine,developed a construction technique of breaking reef with hydraulic column which is suitable for breaking reef under water,combined with equipment such as drilling rig and ship,through the application of the project in the main shipping line from Guigang to Wuzhou 3000 ton-class waterway,the invention not only completes the crushing removal of underwater reefs,but also completely protects the buildings and provides a technology for the crushing of underwater reefs.
