基于正态分布理论的盾构掘进参数预警值的分析与计算

摘要 设置盾构掘进参数预警值是盾构施工过程中规避工程事故的有效手段之一。本文依托大量盾构施工数据,提出了基于分布理论的盾构掘进参数的预警值设置方法,根据对掘进速度、刀盘转速、刀盘扭矩和总推力等数据的分析,利用正态分布概率计算公式计算了掘进参数预警值,并在不同地层中验证了该预警值的计算方法。研究表明:微风化泥质砂岩地层中,盾构掘进速度、刀盘扭矩和总推力的数据分布符合正态分布特征;在不同地层中,根据正态分布概率公式计算的预警值与合理区间实际值的误差均小于5%。 The setting of the alarm value of shield working parameters is one of the effective means to avoid engineering accidents during shield construction.Based on a large amount of shield construction data analysis,this paper proposes a method to set the alarm value of shield working parameters based on the distribution theory.According to the analysis of tunneling speed,cutter head speed,cutter head torque,total thrust and other data,it uses normal distribution probability theory to calculates the alarm value of the tunneling parameters,and verifies the calculation method of the alarm value in different formations.Research shows that in the slightly weathered argillaceous sandstone formation,the data distribution of shield tunneling speed,cutter head torque and total thrust conforms to the characteristics of normal distribution;in different formations,the early warning value calculated according to the normal distribution probability formula is compared with the actual value.The difference is less than 5%.
