杭州市特色小镇成熟度评价初探

The First Maturity Evaluation of Unique Towns in Hangzhou

针对杭州特色小镇的现状,从成熟度模型角度构建一个新的评价体系。本文将成熟度分为创立期、成长期、成熟期与衰退期,通过对不同地域、产业的代表性小镇进行试评价,更为直观地展现当前杭州特色小镇的成熟度水平。同时从评价的过程和结果中,发现杭州市特色小镇存在的问题,提出对策建议。

According to the current situation of Hangzhou’s unique towns,this paper builds a new evaluation system from the perspective of maturity model.This paper divided the maturity into the founding stage,the growth stage,the maturity stage and the decline stage.Through the trial evaluation of the unique towns in different regions and industries,the current maturity level of Hangzhou unique towns can be more intuitively shown.At the same time,from the process and results of the evaluation,we find the problems existing in Hangzhou unique towns,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
