重型荷载作用下施工现场临时路面板接缝变形检测方法

摘要 在重型荷载作用下,现针对施工现场临时路面板接缝变形检测方法计算得到的接缝刚度值不准确,导致路面板接缝处的应变力数值产生误差,针对这一不足,设计一种重型荷载作用下施工现场临时路面板接缝变形检测方法。计算重型荷载的界限,建立临时路面板疲劳方程,分析重型荷载对临时路面接缝处的力学响应,引入一个季节刚度系数修正接缝处的刚度系数,模拟接缝刚度值随季节的变化,完成路面板接缝变形检测。实验制作一块临时路面板,模拟重型荷载作用,利用动态变形模量测定仪测量接缝处的应变力数值作为标准数值,使用2种传统检测方法与本文设计的检测方法对比,结果表明:本文方法得到的应变力数值与实际值相差不大,测量误差最小。 Under the action of heavy load,the joint stiffness value calculated for the temporary road slab joint deformation detection method at the construction site is inaccurate,resulting in an error in the strain force value at the road slab joint.In response to this deficiency,a heavy-duty Method for detecting joint deformation of temporary road slabs on construction site under load.Calculate the limit of the heavy load,establish the fatigue equation of the temporary pavement slab,analyze the mechanical response of the heavy load to the temporary pavement joint,introduce a seasonal stiffness coefficient to modify the stiffness coefficient of the joint,and simulate the change of the joint stiffness value with the season.Deformation detection of road slab joints.A temporary pavement slab was made in the experiment to simulate the action of heavy load,and the strain force value at the joint was measured by the dynamic deformation modulus tester as the standard value.The two traditional detection methods were compared with the detection methods designed in the article.The results show that:The strain force value obtained by the method is not much different from the actual value,and the measurement error is the smallest.
