摘要
针对目前无源光器件检测数据碎片化严重、人工整合评定效率低等问题,研发一款基于LabVIEW的单机多用户的无源光器件检测数据集成系统。本系统既可以对无源光器件进行检测分析,更重要的是应用数理统计理论,深入挖掘检测数据从而追溯生产过程能力。结合MVC模式设计思想,采用面向对象技术降低系统各个运行模块间的耦合度,利用多线程技术控制多个功能同时运行,实现无源光器件光参数的高效分析处理功能。实验结果表明,该系统响应速度快、可扩展性强,极大提高仪器的智能化水平和检测能力、有效数据利用率与自动化水平。
To solve the problems of severe fragmentation of detection data of passive optical devices and low efficiency of manual integration assessment,a single-machine multi-user passive optical device detection data integration system based on LabVIEW was developed.This system can detect and analyze passive optical devices,and more importantly,apply mathematical statistics theory to dig deeper into the detection data to trace the production process capability.Combined with the design idea of MVC mode,object-oriented technology is used to reduce the coupling degree between the various operating modules of the system,and multi-thread technology is used to control the simultaneous operation of multiple functions to realize the efficient analysis and processing of optical parameters of passive optical devices.The experimental results show that the system has fast response and strong scalability,which greatly improves the instrument’s intelligence level and detection ability,effective data utilization rate and automation level.
