Evaluation of Science and Technology Innovation Policies in Zhejiang Province

基于政策全过程评估模型,对2013-2017年间浙江省科技创新相关政策进行了文本分析,同时,研究了政策的执行情况和实施成效,特别是政策目标群体(包括企业、科研院所和高校等)的受益情况和存在问题,针对阻碍政策落实、影响政策作用发挥等方面的难点,提出了相应的对策。

Based on the whole process evaluation model,this project analyzes the collected policies related to science and technology innovation in Zhejiang Province from 2013 to 2017,and studies the implementation and effectiveness of the policies,especially on target groups(including enterprises,research institutes and universities,etc.).With the difficulties of exerting and so on,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
